At Clearly Hearing we know it takes time to adjust to a new hearing instrument. Thats why we offer our industry leading 50 day return policy.

Follow the simple steps below to process a refund if you are not 100% satisfied with your SmartAid(s).

Refund Instructions

To be eligible for a refund your SmartAid(s) must be received by us within 50 days of the shipping date and comply with the terms and conditions below. We will email you a shipping confirmation when your order ships, which will mark the "Shipping Date".

Step 1: Contact us by phone (1-855-263-4327) or email (refund@clearlyhearing.com) to let us know you are returning your SmartAid(s).

Step 2: We will email you a Return Authorization Form.

Step 3: Return your SmartAids to us, including the Return Authorization Form and original packaging.

Step 4: We will issue you a refund after we receive your returned SmartAid(s), subject to the terms and conditions below. You will receive an email from us after your refund has been processed.

Terms & Conditions of Refund Policy

*Refunds will not be provided on late returns. Returns must be received by us within 50 days of the 'shipping date' to be eligible for refund.

*Refunds will not be provided if SmartAids are returned damaged, or if the serial number has been altered, or if repairs have been made without the consent and knowledge of Clearly Hearing.

*A $25.00 fee will be deducted if SmartAid(s) are returned without packaging, or with damaged packaging.

*Our returns policy applies to hearing instruments only. We won't refund shipping fees and return shipping fees are payable by customers. Any customs charges on international orders are not refundable. Batteries and Accessories are not refundable items.
