Repairs / Warranty

All of our Smart Aids come with a full 1-Year manufacturer’s warranty that covers manufacturing defects and re-programming.

Manufacturers Defects cover any parts malfunctioning due to no fault of your own. If your hearing instrument stops functioning correctly please complete the warranty / repair order form on our website.  

*After receiving your instrument we will repair and/or replace it at no charge if the damage is covered under the warranty.

*The warranty will not be valid if a SmartAid has been modified or damaged by the user, or if the serial number has been altered, or if repairs have been made without the consent and knowledge of ClearlyHearing. If the damage is not covered under the warranty, one of our hearing healthcare practitioners will contact you to explain the repairs required and the costs associated with the repairs.
