Our Premium Protection Plan doubles the manufacturer's warranty*, providing you with a 2 year limited warranty which covers you against all manufacturing defects, this warranty also provides FREE reprogramming service.
We know that not all damage caused to hearing aids is due to manufacturing defects. In fact most damage is caused from moisture damage and wax damage, which is outside of the manufacturer's limited warranty. When you purchase our Premium Protection Plan Clearly Hearing will provide one free repair even when the damage to your hearing aid is outside of the manufacturer's warranty.
No matter how you damage your SmartAid, we will provide one free repair that is not covered under the manufacturer's limited warranty, just sent us your broken hearing aid, or the broken peaces of your hearing aid.
If you damage your SmartAid to the point that it can't be repaired our Premium Protection Plan allows you to replace your damaged hearing aid at 50% of the original cost in the first year and 75% of the original cost in the second year.
*Manufacturer defect is a breakdown of any parts in your hearing aid that occurs through no fault of your own.
