While great care and attention has been made to ensure your hearing aids are of the highest quality, there are times that components in SmartAids may stop working properly.
If you accidentally damage your SmartAid(s), or they stop working through no fault of your own, we can help.
Place your order above. Select whether you are sending us your right, left or both SmartAids above and Select "Sending SmartAid(s) For Assessment (No Charge)".
Follow these steps to return your SmartAid(s) for service:
Step 1: Complete your order above, by hitting "Add To Cart" and proceeding through to checkout. You will not be charged anything at this time, but your order will trigger a service ticket on our end.
Step 2: We will email you a 'Repair Form' with intructions to return your SmartAid(s) for service. You will receive this in one business day.
Step 3: After we receive your SmartAid(s) we will contact you by phone or email, to let you know whether the repairs are covered under warranty or not. All warranty repairs will be done at no charge; customers will only be responsible for return shipping & handling charges*, which is a $20 flat fee for all US customers and calculated in the checkout for all international customers.
If your SmartAid(s) are no longer covered under warranty, or the damage to your SmartAid(s) is not covered under the limited warranty, we will call or email you to explain the cost of repair and refer you back to this order page where you will pay for the appropriate "Minor Repair" or "Major Repair" above.
**All chargeable repairs are covered under a repair warranty for 90 days from the date of service.
You will receive an email from us when your SmartAid(s) are on the way back to you, which will include a tracking number.
