Complete your order above. If your SmartAids are covered under warranty you will not be charged anything when you proceed through checkout. If your SmartAids are not covered under warranty you will be charged $50 or $100 at checkout depending on whether you are returning a single SmartAid or a pair.
Once we receive your order we will email you a "Reprogramming Form". You will complete this form and return it, along with your SmartAid(s) to the address on the form.
If your hearing aids are still within our 50 Day Money Back Guarantee we will cover the return shipping fees. If you are outside of our 50 Day Money Back Guarantee you will be charged $20.00 to cover the return shipping & handling (International Customers will be charged $49 shipping & handling). We will contact you by email or phone to collect this fee if applicable.
